Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and jea7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jea7 website located at jea7.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and features available thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the jea7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use jea7 services. jea7 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To access jea7's gaming services, you must create a registered account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration and for maintaining the security of your login credentials at all times. jea7 will never contact you by phone or chat to ask for your full password.

• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number at registration. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension.
• KYC verification: jea7 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID (NID), a recent utility bill, or other documentation at jea7's discretion. Failure to complete KYC may result in the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jea7 account password. jea7 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your jea7 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed to your registered payment method. jea7 reserves the right to close or restrict an account in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these T&C.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jea7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jea7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment channels. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and the current operational status of each provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jea7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotional terms for that offer. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your jea7 account at any given time. Players may not stack multiple bonus offers simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all active bonuses being voided without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through techniques including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or the use of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus multiple times, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Free spins not used within their validity period are forfeited automatically.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jea7 are operated in accordance with established game rules published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. In the event of a game malfunction, jea7 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal policies; bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jea7 and constitute a material breach of these T&C. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any balance held, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one jea7 account or assisting another person in creating an account in violation of these T&C.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with jea7's platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or the use of stolen or compromised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Collusion with other players or jea7 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino, sports betting, or crash games.
• Accessing jea7 using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or conceal your true location.

jea7 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Any account flagged by these systems will be subject to investigation and may be suspended pending review. jea7 will not be obligated to disclose the specifics of its fraud detection methodology.

7. Responsible Gaming

jea7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and set limits on their own behaviour. These tools are available to all registered players at any time from within their account settings. jea7 encourages all players to use these tools proactively and to approach gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jea7 platform — including but not limited to the jea7 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jea7 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jea7's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the jea7 platform without the express prior written consent of jea7. Unauthorised use of jea7's intellectual property may result in legal action. The jea7 name and logo may not be used in any context that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jea7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform. jea7's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

jea7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the jea7 website with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Continued use of jea7 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, jea7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C that cannot be resolved through jea7's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. jea7's internal complaints procedure is the first port of call for all disputes; players should contact jea7 support at [email protected] before escalating any matter.
